Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of accounting records for several legal entities with different taxation systems;
- Maintenance of accounting records for all sections of accounting;
- Payroll calculation and HR record keeping;
- Preliminary calculation of taxes;
- Preparation of tax reporting (VAT, income, property, transport, and simplified tax system charges);
- Preparation of financial statements;
- Advising customers on emerging issues;
- Interaction with tax authorities and funds.
- Higher education (Economics);
- Well-versed in accounting and tax laws;
- Strong organisational and time-planning skills;
- Excellent command of 1C 8.2, 8.3, Payroll & HR, Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Systemic thinking, well-balanced and conflict-free personality, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in accounting outsourcing;
- Certificate of a professional accountant;
- Proficiency in foreign economic activity (import and export) and currency control;
- Proficiency in IFRS.
Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Processing source documentation and data entry into 1C software;
- Preparation and transfer of certain sections of reporting (including through electronic channels) and document management;
- Knowledge of payroll calculation and HR record keeping sections;
- Assistance to the Lead/Chief Accountant.
- Higher industry-specific education;
- Proficiency in business accounting, tax accounting, and basic legislation;
- Experience in working with source documentation and proficiency in 1C (8.3), Consultant+, and Bank-Client;
- Outsourcing experience preferred.
Payroll Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Calculation of salaries and wages, vacation pay, allowances, business trips, other payments to employees (including non-residents), accrual and payment of insurance premiums and personal income tax;
- Generation of payroll registers for banks and payment requisitions in 1C;
- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to government bodies (Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund, and statistics);
- Provision of information (statements) at the request of employees, auditors, and government bodies;
- HR accounting.
- Higher industry-specific education;
- 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in outsourcing;
- Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), 1C.8.3. (Payroll & HR and Accounting), and electronic reporting software (Taxcom/SBIS, Kontur, and 1C-Reporting);
- Responsibility, attentiveness, accuracy, diligence, and multitasking skills.
