Alexander Bespalov

After completing my studies at Volgograd State University, I continued my education at the University of Phoenix in Canada, where I received an MBA.

I have 17 years of managerial experience including 10 years in sales and aftersales in the automotive industry (BMW, Volvo, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan) and over 7 years of general management experience in the FMCG industry (Coca-Cola) with extensive project management experience in opening Coca-Cola depots and car dealerships, improving operational productivity and cost effectiveness.

My personal strengths include communication and leadership skills, which contribute to achieving high performance results and help to create a multinational teamwork environment in Russia, Canada and Uzbekistan. I have extensive experience in project management, day-to-day operations, strategic and resource planning, budgeting/forecasting, interaction with carmakers and implementation of strategic initiatives.

I have a proven track record of improving cost effectiveness and overall efficiency while maintaining an appropriate balance between people (Talent Management), processes (managing projects meeting stakeholders requirements), and results (on-time/on-budget delivery) in diverse cultural and business environments. I have proven my ability to make decisions in an effective and appropriate manner at all organisational levels to promote the alignment of all parties involved by understanding and mapping business needs, technology capabilities and industry trends. Further, I have a comprehensive knowledge of retail business landscape including B2B standards, trade-marketing activities for various sales channels, customer expectations/satisfaction surveys, and premium brand positioning approaches.
