Andrey Orlov

I graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in accounting, analysis and auditing in 2005 and have passed all levels of international certification by CFA Institute in the field of financial analysis.

I started my career in the corporate finance department of the international consulting company Deloitte in Moscow, before continuing in the private equity fund managed by AIG Investments (the management company of the American insurance group AIG) and leading investment projects in Russia, Turkey and Egypt. In addition to consulting experience, for several years I headed the financial departments of companies in the real production sector, including one of the subsidiaries of Ingosstrakh.

My area of competence includes a wide range of issues related to company finance, namely,  setting up and optimising financial business processes, business restructuring in order to increase financial stability and capitalisation growth, optimising the financing structure of companies, capital raising, and supporting the investment process (financial modelling and analysis of the effectiveness of investment projects, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing procedures of investment transactions).
